Gizmoojo.com will not be responsible or liable for the exercise or non- exercise of its rights under this Agreement.

6. In Associate with Amazon.com

Gizmoojo.com provides advertising media generated from Amazon.com's Web Services. Gizmoojo.com is not in any way associated with Amazon.com or related to Amazon.com or a part of Amazon.com. All Amazon.com referral rewards are paid out to it respective Associate ID member. Gizmoojo.com is in more way offering any cash pay out to users of Gizmoojo.com.

7. Advertisements.

As a condition to using the Service, you agree and understand that Gizmoojo.com will display ads and other information adjacent to and related to the content it services. These includes, but not limited to, sponsored ads, Google AdSense Ads, as well as ads from other ad providers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights.

Gizmoojo.com's Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge that Gizmoojo.com owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights (the "Gizmoojo.com Rights"), and such Gizmoojo.com are protected by international intellectual property laws. 9. Representations and Warranties.

You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by you to Gizmoojo.com to participate in the Services is correct and current; and (b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

10. Indemnification.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Gizmoojo.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Gizmoojo.com will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.

11. Termination and Cancellation.

You may cancel your use of the Services and/or terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time by emailing admin@gizmoojo.com. Gizmoojo.com may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system. Except as set forth above or unless Gizmoojo.com has previously canceled or terminated your use of the Services (in which case subsequent notice by Gizmoojo.com shall not be required), Gizmoojo.com will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately upon Gizmoojo.com's delivery of such notice. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13 of the Agreement shall survive expiration or termination.

All files hosted on Gizmoojo.com are under the copyright of the original author. You must contact the original author if you wish to use a file in a way that is prohibited by the file license. All other content on this website, including but not limited to articles, description submissions and comment postings are property of the original authors. No portion of the content material on this web site may be copied, reproduced, or reused without the express written permission of the original author. Where the original author is not explicitly indicated, the copyright belongs to Gizmoojo.com.

13. Notification of Copyright Infringement.

Our policy is to comply with all intellectual property laws and to act expeditiously upon receiving any notice of claimed infringement.
